Subscription Terms

Free trial

If a trial is offered, the free period and the price and billing frequency that apply afterward are shown before you start. Unless you cancel during the trial, your subscription begins automatically and you are charged the price shown.

Auto-renewal

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (for example every 1, 3, or 6 months) at the price disclosed at purchase, until you cancel.

Your consent

By confirming your purchase you expressly authorize Celesse (via its payment provider) to charge your payment method the amount and frequency shown, on a recurring basis, until you cancel.

Renewal reminders

For web subscriptions we send a reminder before each renewal: at least 7 days before, and 15 to 45 days before for any term of one year or longer. Each reminder states the amount, the date, and how to cancel.

Price changes

We may change the subscription price. For web subscriptions, price increases are notified to you by email at least thirty (30) days before they take effect. If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel your subscription free of charge before the increase applies. Until then, you continue at the price disclosed at purchase. For subscriptions purchased through an app store (Apple App Store, Google Play, or other platforms), price changes are subject to that platform’s own notification and consent process.

Cancellation

Canceling stops auto-renewal; you keep access until the end of your current period. Deleting the app does not cancel.

App Store / Google Play: turn off auto-renewal in your store account settings at least 24 hours before the period ends.
Website: cancel anytime, as easily as you signed up, via the “Cancel Subscription” page or by emailing support@celesse.co. We apply it within 7 days and confirm by email.

Refunds

App Store and Google Play purchases follow that store’s refund policy. Website purchases are handled by Alvin AI Studio LLC per our refund policy and your local consumer rights. Contact support@celesse.co.
